ORDER TIMELINE
Production time ranges 4-7 business days. Often times, orders process faster but it is not guaranteed. A “rush” can be applied for an additional fee. Please contact me at hello@livfreeco.com to discuss your desired timeline.
HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
The jewelry you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your item being 100% handmade to order. No crystal/gemstone is exactly alike. Colors and details may differ in person vs the listing photos due to lighting or background. I do my best to minimally edit product photos so they are as true to life as possible.
JEWELRY CARE
Here are some tips for caring for your jewelry:
* Use a Sunshine polishing cloth to gently polish the surface of your solid silver, brass or gold jewelry. Sunshine cloths are provided in every jewelry order. Additional cloths can be purchased under the Jewelry Care section of this website.
*Rinse jewelry under cold tap to remove dust from polishing cloth. Dry thoroughly with a micro fiber cloth.
* Avoid polishing pre-oxidized (black) surfaces in order to preserve the look of black silver. Pre-oxidized surfaces were are a black tarnish adding an antique or artistic finish at the time of being created. If polished, the look of your jewelry will change to its original silver color.
*Continuous wear can weaken chain links. Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, exercising or swimming.
*Avoid scratches and chips by storing your jewelry in a protected container. A cotton jewelry pouch is included in every order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I will accept returns on faulty or items damaged during parcel. In this case, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving of your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in it’s original packaging. The 7 days starts the day shipping tracking information confirms delivery.

Refunds cannot be granted for made-to-order and custom items.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping cost you may incur returning an item will be your responsibility.
All returns must be discussed prior to mailing the return. Any items returned without prior communication will not be approved for refund.

*Sale items
* Gift cards
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery and/or without prior communication
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that
I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time is dependent on the payment platform.
